Target has introduced Collection186, an optional assortment of work attire designed for its store team members.
The offering includes a range of work-appropriate pieces in red and khaki styles, aligning with the retailer’s standards for team member apparel.
On October 5, Target will roll out a limited-edition 16-piece Design Drop within Collection186.
This release takes inspiration from designer Isaac Mizrahi and incorporates insights gathered from store team members.
The Design Drop items feature functional elements such as adjustable fits, breathable fabrics, and accessible pockets suited for daily work requirements.
Access to the Design Drop is exclusive to Target store team members, who must log in through a Team Member ID to make purchases.
Pricing for the Design Drop items ranges between $29.99 and $59.99, with an additional 30 per cent discount applied at checkout for eligible team members.
Target states that while Collection186 provides additional options for work attire, team members are not required to purchase from this selection and may wear other clothing that complies with the company’s dress code policy.
The initiative represents an optional way for team members to engage with Target-owned brands while fulfilling uniform requirements.
Adrienne Costanzo, chief stores officer said: “Collection186 brings together so much of what defines Target — great style, design and value — with the realities of what our store team needs to wear every day.
“Our team brings Target to life for our guests, and I love that they were at the center of how this collection came together. It gives them another way to express their personal style, feel confident and proudly represent our brand.”
