Nordstrom Rack expands 2026–2027 store pipeline with three new locations

Nordstrom is further growing its off-price footprint, adding three new Nordstrom Rack stores to its 2026 and 2027 opening schedule.

The department store retailer expects to operate nearly 300 Rack locations by the end of 2025, with plans to reach 400 stores by 2028 as part of its long-term expansion strategy.

The latest additions include:

  • Orlando, Fla. – A 26,000-sq.-ft. store opening fall 2026 at Lake Nona West, a new open-air retail destination in Orlando’s Lake Nona community.

  • Rockville, Md. – A 26,000-sq.-ft. location at Congressional Plaza, owned and managed by Federal Realty Investment Trust.

  • Murphy, Texas – A 25,000-sq.-ft. store in Murphy Marketplace, owned and managed by Phillips Edison & Company Inc.

The new sites join Nordstrom Rack’s growing pipeline of confirmed openings through 2027, reinforcing the retailer’s focus on expanding access to its off-price offering in high-traffic suburban and urban markets.
