Target expands beauty lineup with 2,000 new products

Target is significantly expanding its beauty selection, adding over 2,000 new products from nearly 50 brands.

Prices start at $1.29, with 90% of the new items priced under $20. The additions are available both online and in stores, where they are featured in dedicated displays.

“We know consumers love shopping beauty at Target because it’s Tarzhay at its best: the combination of amazing products and prices you can’t find anywhere else,” said Amanda Nusz, SVP of essentials and beauty at Target.

“That’s why our team is incredibly excited to add more than 2,000 new items to our assortment — including science-focused skin care, hair care, nail care, cosmetics and fragrance.”

Target is also enhancing the online shopping experience with its Beauty Studio, where customers can virtually test makeup and nail colors or take quizzes to find the best hair and skincare products for their needs.

This latest expansion builds on previous beauty category growth, including the introduction of nearly 40 new brands in 2022 and an exclusive Goop launch in 2023.

The retailer’s updated selection features a mix of skincare, cosmetics, hair care, and fragrance.

Shoppers can find dermatologist-approved brands like Avene and Curology, trending K-beauty labels including Beauty of Joseon and SKIN1004, and fan-favorite color cosmetics from ColourPop, E.l.f., and NYX.

Target is also catering to diverse beauty needs with textured hair care from Camille Rose and Alodia, plus new fragrances from Fine’ry and MIX:BAR.
