Walmart has announced a partnership with ShipStation to launch a new shipping solution, which gives marketplace sellers direct access to Walmart-negotiated shipping rates within the platform.
This integration will allow sellers to purchase eligible labels and have access to seller protections and manage orders directly within their ShipStation workflow.
The sellers gain access to Walmart-negotiated rates, on-time delivery, and valid tracking support and seller protection when there are lost packages.
Additionally, there will be a unified, multichannel dashboard where orders will be consolidated alongside Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shopify, eBay, and other connected storefronts.
Following activation, sellers can be able to buy eligible Ship with Walmart labels within their existing ShipStation workflow.
Matt Norman, VP, strategic business development at ShipStation said: “Sellers shouldn’t have to choose between the tools they rely on every day and the benefits their marketplace offers them.
“Ship with Walmart closes that gap. Sellers get Walmart-negotiated rates and seller protections, including up to $100 of order protection, all within the ShipStation platform.”
Norman said: “For Walmart Marketplace sellers, every operational advantage matters, and shipping is one of the biggest levers they have to protect margins and delivery performance.
“Ship with Walmart delivers real, negotiated value inside the platform sellers already use.”
Marketplace sellers who are new to ShipStation can receive 20 per cent off their subscription for one year when they activate the new feature.
This offer can be used alongside discounted Ship with Walmart label rates and is subject to eligibility requirements.
