Estée Lauder Companies has restructured its executive leadership team ahead of the upcoming retirement of Sandra Main, global brand president, La Mer and Skin Care brands.
Justin Boxford, global brand president at Estée Lauder, is set to take on the newly established role of global president of luxury beauty brands.
Boxford will expand his management portfolio to include La Mer alongside Estée Lauder, Aerin, Darphin Paris, and Lab Series.
He brings extensive experience to the role at La Mer, having led the brand from 2017 to 2022 before stepping into a leadership position at Estée Lauder.
As part of the expanded position, Boxford will oversee the La Mer team as it moves towards the next chapter.
Erica Kwok will also step into the role of SVP and general manager of Estée Lauder, the company’s flagship brand whose portfolio spans across luxury skin care, makeup, and fragrance.
Kwok joined the beauty giant in 2021 from Asia/Pacific and over the past years she has overseen marketing, product development, and global growth.
Meanwhile, Magalie Parksuwan will retain her position as SVP and general manager, La Mer, reporting directly to Boxford.
Additionally, she will manage Darphin Paris and Lab Series, supporting the team of Pierre-Olivier Garcin, SVP and general manager, Darphin Paris and Lab Series.
Jane Hertzmark Hudis, EVP and chief brand officer of The Estée Lauder companies said: “These appointments reflect the exceptional strength of our leadership bench and our deep commitment to developing world-class talent from within.
“Justin, Erica, and Magalie each bring distinctive expertise, proven leadership, and a deep passion for our brands. Together, they will build on the strong foundations of these businesses, drive continued growth and innovation, and position our brands for long-term success.”
