IKEA US is rolling out a new rewards offering for members of its free loyalty program, IKEA Family, which has more than 21 million members nationwide since launching in 2011.
The new system allows members to earn points across the entire customer journey, from planning and browsing to purchasing, with those points redeemable for a variety of perks.
These include discounts on products, savings on delivery, and free meals at the in-store IKEA Restaurant.
Members will earn one point for every $1 spent in-store or online, and can also gain up to 50 points by completing various brand interactions such as creating a loyalty profile, attending Ikea events, booking planning appointments, or setting up a gift registry.
“Our Ikea Family members represent some of our most engaged customers nationwide and we wanted to provide enhanced value to them in every interaction they make with our brand,” said Nicole King, customer engagement and loyalty manager at IKEA US.
“This is an exciting next step in our journey to create benefits for our most loyal customers, on top of all the perks they already know and love,” she added.
“From special discounts to surprise offers and personalized rewards, this new offering is our way of saying thank you for being part of IKEA Family.”
To mark the launch, Ikea will host a limited-time “Spend and Earn” promotion from May 7 through May 26. Customers will earn $10 in rewards for every $100 spent, with vouchers redeemable between June 3 and August 31, 2025.
