Estée Lauder’s Tony Williams to join QVC Group as chief people officer

QVC Group has appointed Tony Williams as its new chief people officer, effective April 28.

Williams will oversee all aspects of the company’s global team member experience, including talent management, people operations, global impact and total rewards.

He will report to Mike Fitzharris, president of QVC US and chief operating officer, and will also serve as a strategic advisor to the executive leadership team.

Williams brings a wealth of experience, having most recently served as senior vice president of global human resources, transformation enablement and regions at The Estée Lauder Companies.



In this role, he was responsible for overseeing people strategy and operations across six global regions.

Prior to his tenure at Estée Lauder, Williams held senior positions with Tyco International, Remy International, and Air Products and Chemicals, where he developed his expertise in leading large-scale transformations within diverse global organizations.

Commenting on the appointment, Fitzharris said: “Tony has valuable hands-on leadership experience working with diverse global companies, effectively enabling them to successfully navigate through complex transformation.

“I am confident that Tony’s leadership and experience will continue to elevate our people strategy and drive our business forward.”

QVC Group, known for its portfolio of brands including QVC, HSN, Ballard Designs, and Frontgate, reaches over 200 million homes worldwide across 15 television channels.

The company also engages millions of customers through its digital platforms, including QVC+ and HSN+ streaming services, as well as social media channels like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
