Sally Beauty and Uber Eats launch nationwide delivery partnership

Sally Beauty customers can now have their beauty essentials delivered to their doorstep through Uber Eats, thanks to a newly announced partnership between the two companies.

The collaboration marks Uber Eats’ first nationwide partnership in the beauty sector, expanding its offerings beyond food and everyday essentials.

Customers can choose from more than 7,000 products, including hair color, hair care, and skin and nail items from Sally Beauty’s proprietary brands, and place orders through the Uber Eats app for same-day delivery.

“At Sally Beauty, our customers want access to their favorite products exactly when they need them – whether it’s for a last-minute nail look or an at-home hair color refresh,” said Natalie Lockhart, group vice president of strategy, customer insights & digital experience at Sally Beauty Holdings.

“Being the first beauty retailer to partner with Uber Eats allows us to take convenience to the next level, further expanding our same-day delivery reach nationwide, making our quality products more accessible than ever before.”

Hashim Amin, Uber’s head of retail in North America, highlighted the significance of the partnership for Uber Eats.

“At Uber Eats, we’re constantly looking for new ways to meet our customers’ needs. Partnering with Sally Beauty brings professional-grade beauty products straight to consumers on-demand – making high-quality hair and beauty care more accessible than ever,” he added.

Sally Beauty, headquartered in Denton, Texas, has been a key player in the beauty industry since 1964.

The retailer operates more than 3,700 stores globally, catering to both professionals and consumers seeking premium hair and beauty products.
