Lowe’s Companies Inc. has launched MyLowe’s Rewards Kids Club, expanding its consumer loyalty platform to include family- and child-focused experiences tied to in-store engagement.
The new offering builds on the MyLowe’s Rewards program introduced in 2024 and extends Lowe’s long-running kids workshops initiative, which has been in place for more than two decades.
Kids Club benefits include free monthly DIY workshops led by Lowe’s red vest associates, digital badges and kid profiles that allow families to track progress and milestones, and small in-store rewards such as free organic lollipops and access to complimentary member gifts.
Parents and guardians can manage participation for multiple children and track activity through a single MyLowe’s Rewards account on Lowe’s website or mobile app.
Registration for Kids Club workshops is now open. The next nationwide workshop will take place Saturday, Feb. 21, at Lowe’s stores across the U.S.
Lowe’s has steadily expanded its loyalty ecosystem in recent years.
The retailer introduced Lowe’s MVPs Pro Rewards and Partnership Program for industry professionals in March 2022 and added enhanced digital capabilities to that platform in April 2023.
The home improvement chain has also continued to invest in child-focused in-store experiences. In 2023, Lowe’s introduced “Build A Birthday” parties at select locations, available for children ages five and up.
The program allows families to schedule guided project-building parties on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, with options including wooden castles, race cars and custom wall shelves. Packages include tools, materials, safety gear and themed accessories.
“MyLowe’s Rewards Kids Club is about creating real moments of connection for families,” said Amanda Bailey, Lowe’s vice president of customer marketing and loyalty.
“By launching Kids Club, we’re giving the whole family more reasons to visit Lowe’s, build together and stay engaged over time.”
Based in Mooresville, N.C., Lowe’s Companies Inc. operates more than 1,700 home improvement stores, 530 branchesand 130 distribution centers.
