Amazon expands low-cost Haul offering with global Bazaar app

Amazon is ramping up its push into ultra-low-cost retail with the launch of a new standalone shopping app, Amazon Bazaar, expanding its budget-friendly Haul experience to 14 additional countries.

The move follows strong customer response to Amazon Haul and Amazon Bazaar, Amazon’s growing network of value-driven storefronts offering fashion, home, lifestyle and tech products priced at $20 or less.

Originally launched in the U.S. in late 2024, Amazon Haul has since rolled out to the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Japan and Australia, while the Bazaar version debuted in Mexico, Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

The new Amazon Bazaarapp will now reach markets including Hong Kong, the Philippines, Taiwan, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Peru, Ecuador, Argentina, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, Jamaica and Nigeria.

The app delivers hundreds of thousands of low-cost products, many under $10, with some as cheap as $2, and mirrors the Haul experience, adapted to local cultures and languages.

Customers can sign in using existing Amazon accounts, with free delivery offered on orders meeting local minimum thresholds.

To drive engagement, Amazon Bazaar also features social promotions, lucky draws and gamified shopping experiences.

New customers get 50% off their first order, and additional savings are applied as shoppers build their carts. Deliveries typically arrive within two weeks, and 24/7 multilingual support is available.

Supporting six languages — English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, German and Traditional Chinese — Amazon Bazaaraccepts local currencies and major international payment cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

The expanded rollout positions Amazon to better compete with Chinese fast-shopping platforms like Temu and Shein, which have gained traction globally with similar ultra-low pricing.
