Hoffman added: “I have worked with Yuji previously, and I have the utmost confidence in his ability to lead our accounting and finance organization and ensure a seamless transition.

He brings 20 years of experience to the role and has previously worked in public accounting at KPMG US for over 11 years.
Following the announcement, Szczepanski has been appointed CFO at children’s apparel retailer The Children’s Place, effective 31 March.
Founded in 2002, luxury retailer Vince operates 61 stores and an e-commerce website. The company was acquired by Authentic Brands Group for $76.5 million in 2023.
