Adidas unveils a new pair part of Bad Bunny collection

Adidas has unveiled the Gazelle indoor solar gold as part of its collaboration with Grammy Award winner Bad Bunny.

According to the sportswear brand, the colorway was designed to highlight the themes of evolution, growth, and change, which have influenced the artist’s music.

The business designed the shoe to reflect the colors of the Caribbean sunset and follows the previous release of the Suan Juan blue Gazelle, which was inspired by the first Puerto Rican music shop in New York.

Adidas said in a statement: “More than a sneaker, the Gazelle franchise is one of the defining silhouettes of the adidas Originals and Bad Bunny partnership; a platform for storytelling that connected Benito’s personal memories with global cultural narratives.

“The Gazelle Indoor Solar Gold honors that legacy while looking forward to what comes next.”

The new pair of shoes will be launched worldwide from 17 October online and through the Confirmed app at selected retailers for a recommended retail price of $140.

The sportswear brand aims to leverage the cultural relevance of the popular singer, which is part of a marketing strategy to expand its overall customer reach.

Bad Bunny and Adidas had first redesigned the classic Adidas shoes in 2024 and have utilized the partnership to reflect stories inspired by Puerto Rico, which look at reflection, identity, and home.
