Bottling company Coca-Cola Beverages Florida has announced the appointment of Cecilia Pacheco as VP of human resources.
Pacheco brings over 15 years of human resources leadership experience with major businesses, including Fortune 500 organizations.
During her career she has managed talent and organizational initiatives supporting business transformation, workforce development, and overall effectiveness according to the company.
As part of her new role, she will oversee Coke Florida’s human resources function, including talent acquisition, employee relations, HR operations, and development.

This move aims to strengthen the business’ executive team as it prepares for the next phase of growth.
