Authentic Brands Group has announced that shoppers will receive instant cash refunds on returns as part of its collaboration with Reshop.
The service rolled out across its portfolio of brands, including Reebok, Champion, and Juicy, and will roll out on DC Shoes, Roxy, RVCA, and Volcom.
Reshop has previously partnered with luxury footwear brand Steve Madden and sportswear apparel brand Alo Yoga.
Anthony Eisen, CEO of Reshop, said: “We’re seeing half of our customers go back to the original merchant for repeat purchases and often incredibly fast, with the majority of repeat purchases happening in less than 24 hours and in some cases as little as one minute.
“It’s exciting to see how instant refunds are driving that behavior, and we can’t wait to expand this experience to even more customers through our partnership with Authentic.”
The move aligns with the company’s strategy to provide more flexibility and convenience to its customers.

Authentic Brands Group has had a challenging financial start to the year, with J.C. Penney reporting weak results amid a turnaround effort.
The company also acquired business casual fashion brand Dockers from Levi Strauss in a $391 million deal to expand its overall retail footprint and strengthen its portfolio of brands.
