Lilysilk debuts first concept store in New York

Luxury silk brand Lilysilk has launched its first concept store in New York City, marking a significant step into physical retail after 15 years of steady growth.

The store, located on Hudson Street in the Meatpacking District, sits among the area’s luxury boutiques and cultural sites.

“We are thrilled to introduce Lilysilk’s first concept store in New York, a city that represents innovation, style and timeless elegance,” said David Wang, CEO of Lilysilk.

“This space is more than a store – it’s a destination for those who appreciate the finest silk craftsmanship, sustainable fashion and modern luxury.”

Designed by Southern California firm ViaClover, the store has a white interior with lily green accents, offering a ‘polished and inviting’ setting.

“The store is a blank canvas, allowing Lilysilk’s designs to take center stage,” added Alexander Meder, VP and general manager of Lilysilk retail and wholesale.

“The accents of lily green artwork and comfortable lounge areas enhance the luxurious shopping experience, while carefully designed racks and wardrobes create the familiar feel of a home closet.”

To celebrate the opening, Lilysilk hosted a launch event, where guests received an exclusive Lilysilk Dreamer Set, including a silk pillowcase, eye mask, and scrunchies, with the option for personalized embroidery.
