EG America partners with Quorso to enhance store management

Retail convenience store chain EG America has announced a partnership with Quorso, a management platform leveraging AI to increase efficiency in operations.

The retailer plans to deploy Quorso’s technology across its over 1500 locations.

This partnership aligns with EG America’s development strategy, as one of the fastest-growing retailers in the US.

The chain store plans to improve store performance by simplifying managerial operations through leveraging Quorso’s advanced technology systems.

In particular, EG America plans to enhance store operations by deploying Quorso’s AI technology, which consolidates siloed solutions, including tasks, surveys, performance analytics, and exception reporting, into personalized and intelligent workflows.

The overall streamlining in management aims to reduce redundancy in tasks, systems, and data entries.

Elizabeth Pierce, EG America’s chief operating officer, said: “The platform enables us to take a more personalized, data-driven approach to operational improvements in every store.

“It also drastically reduces the overwhelming amount of data that our store teams have to process.”

Julian Mills, Quorso’s CEO, added: “EG America and Quorso share a common goal of simplifying daily work for store teams and enhancing productivity.

“We’re thrilled to collaborate with EG America’s forward-thinking team to empower their store leaders to deliver exceptional results.”

EG America is a subsidiary of UK-based EG Group and owns over 1500 convenience stores and fuel retail locations in the US.

Banners under their portfolio include Cumberland Farms, Certified Oil, Fastrac, Kwik Shop, Loaf N’ Jug, Minit Mart, Quik Stop, Sprint, Tom Thumb, and Turkey Hill.
