Wayfair’s Perigold opens 30,000-sq.-ft. luxury store in West Palm Beach

Wayfair’s luxury home furnishings brand Perigold is deepening its brick-and-mortar push with a major new opening in Florida.

The online retailer has debuted a nearly 30,000-sq.-ft., two-level store at City Place in West Palm Beach, marking the brand’s second physical location following its launch in Houston earlier this year.

The move comes as Wayfair continues to expand beyond e-commerce, introducing new in-person concepts across its family of brands.

Designed to replicate Perigold’s online luxury experience, the West Palm Beach store features more than 150 high-end home brands across furniture, décor, and lighting.

Many items are available to take home or ship within a week. The layout includes stylized room vignettes, collaboration areas for designers and clients, and dedicated spaces for events and community programs.

A highlight of the new store is its sleep center, which offers a curated selection of premium bedding in a boutique-style environment. The location also showcases an expanded kitchen appliances section, allowing shoppers to experience luxury kitchen design solutions firsthand.

“West Palm Beach is a vibrant and fast-growing market, and our customers here are already deeply engaged with Perigold online,” said Rebecca Ginns, global head of Perigold.

“By opening a store in CityPlace, we’re making it even easier for design-savvy shoppers and professionals to discover, experience, and collaborate with us in person.”

City Place, developed and owned by Related Ross, is an open-air destination that combines experiential retail, dining, art installations, and modern residences.

“We’re proud to welcome one of only two Perigold brick-and-mortar locations to CityPlace, underscoring the evolution of downtown West Palm Beach’s retail experience,” said Webber Hudson, executive VP of retail and asset management at Related Ross.

“As West Palm Beach emerges as one of the most dynamic markets in the country for national brands, Perigold’s arrival reflects the city’s vibrant, style-driven community.”

Based in Boston, Wayfair generated $11.9 billion in net revenue for the 12 months ended March 31, 2025. The company’s portfolio includes Wayfair, AllModern, Perigold, Birch Lane, Joss & Main, and Wayfair Professional.
