Victoria’s Secret taps Savage X Fenty veteran in leadership shuffle

Victoria’s Secret has unveiled significant changes to its C-suite as part of a broader strategy to enhance customer experience and fuel growth.

Fashion designer Adam Selman has been appointed senior vice president and executive creative director, effective April 14. He will report directly to CEO Hillary Super.

Selman brings experience from his recent role as chief design officer at Savage X Fenty, where he served from January 2022 to January 2025.

Super said: “This is an exceptional team of product and creative leaders whose vision and operational expertise will drive new levels of growth, innovation, and impact for our company.

“They are joining highly skilled and experienced teams across our brands. With their customer-centric approach, I’m confident they’ll help us unlock the full potential of our brands, capture the next generation of consumers, and strengthen our market leadership.”

As part of the leadership change, Anne Stephenson, chief merchandising officer, has also been promoted to president of Victoria’s Secret. She previously worked in executive positions at Full Beauty Brands and Torrid.

Meanwhile, Ali Dillion will serve as the president of Pink, after previously holding roles as chief merchandising officer at Kendra Scott, president at Alex Mill, and leadership roles at Gap.

Additionally, Amy Kocourek, former chief merchandising officer at Kendra Scott, will serve as the new president of beauty effective in March.

The new appointments come on the heels of a successful Q4, with net sales rising by 1.1% to $2.1 billion and net income inching up by 5.7% to $194 million.
